1. Services
We provide premium airport services including VIP Lounge access, Fast Track lanes, Meet & Greet assistance, and buggy transfers. All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
2. Memberships
Membership packages (Plus, Extra, Premium) are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Membership benefits apply only to the registered member and cannot be transferred.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
